With everything onboard you need to support the MCU, the Arduino Due is essentially a development board based on the Atmel SAM3X8E microcontroller, a 32-bit, ARM Cortex M3. Just connect it to a PC with the microUSB cable, power it via an AC-to-DC adapter or go portable and power it with a battery. (Please note, battery not included)
